We provide GPU infrastructure and related platform services. These terms govern use of this website where no separate written agreement exists.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with this agreement. You may not use it to violate law or to attack other systems.
3. Your data
Your workloads, weights, and datasets belong to you. We process personal data per our privacy policy.
4. Billing
Usage is billed per the pricing in effect at the time of use, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Unpaid balances may result in suspension after notice.
5. Service levels
Service-level commitments, where offered, are stated in the applicable service description or written agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate on notice per the agreement. Upon termination, you retain a reasonable window to export your data.
