Lumengrid ("Lumengrid," "we," "us," or "our") provides bare-metal GPU infrastructure, managed platforms, and related services. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information about visitors to our website, people who contact us, and users of our services. It does not change any data-protection commitments made in a signed agreement — where a written agreement or Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies, that agreement governs.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

Information you give us

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, work email, organization, job title, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form, newsletter signup, or email.
• Account and billing details — where you become a customer: account credentials, billing contact, tax and payment information (payment card data is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), and the terms of your order.
• Support information — the details you provide when you ask for engineering or account help.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).
• Operational and telemetry data — logs, metrics, and resource-usage data generated when you use the platform (for example, node and fabric health, utilization, and API activity) used to operate, secure, and bill the service.

Information we receive from others

• Third-party sources — business-contact and enrichment data from analytics and marketing providers, and information from partners who refer you to us, used to understand and improve our outreach.

2. Your workloads and customer content

Your models, weights, datasets, code, and the output of your workloads ("customer content") belong to you. We do not access, use, or share the contents of your workloads except as strictly necessary to operate and secure the service, to provide support you request, or where required by law. We do not use customer content to train our own models, and we do not sell it. When we handle customer content on your behalf as a processor, our processing is governed by your service agreement and DPA rather than this policy.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies on our website for the following purposes:

• Essential — required for the site to function and to keep it secure.
• Analytics — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Preferences — to remember choices such as your settings.
• Marketing — where enabled, to measure and improve our campaigns.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer and engineering support.
• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.

5. How and why we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, and support tooling), limited to what they need to perform their function.
• Within Lumengrid — with staff who need it to do their jobs, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lumengrid, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your consent — where you direct us to share information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — to provide the service, respond to you, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.

7. How we protect it

We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation between tenants, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

8. International transfers

Lumengrid operates internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 14; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Notice to California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We collect the categories described in section 1 for the purposes described in section 4. You may exercise your rights, including through an authorized agent, by contacting us as described in section 14.

11. Notice to individuals in the EEA, UK & Switzerland

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Lumengrid is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We process it on the following legal bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business (balanced against your rights); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required. You have the rights described in section 9, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it unless we are legally required to retain it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
